My doctor tore my cervix due to her care? what do i do now?
Tear of the cervix is not uncommon during child birth and during any dilatation of the cervix & curettage. It is a normal abnormality of no intermediate or long term consequences.
I just cannot imagine the type of 'her care' you are describing that could have significantly 'tore' your cervix. It just does not exist.

I would get a pro bono lawyer (they only get paid if you do) and sue them! That seems like it would make a good case. You can also get the necessary surgery you need to repair it if you need to.
sue her and find a new doctor
claim compensation and take her to court...
