one a day brand makes a chewable vitamin for women!! this is very good product and only about $5 a bottle
get some chewable tyenol its cheap
you can get mega women which is about $25
You can take a childrens chewable. I do sometimes and I am an adult.
FLINTSTONES. SAFE TOO.
Can't go wrong with Flintstones. Just cause they say they are for kids, its just cause of the taste. They still have good stuff in them.
