yes you will continue to grow right through puberty girls generally grow until they are about 16 to 18 years old

Of curse u can. having ur period only means ur now a more grown up person and ready for reproduction but it doesn't mean u've stopped growing. Women don't stop growing till the age of 21. U are still going to grow even if u don't notice it.
