Pelvic cramping and lower back pain? Help!?

For the last two to three weeks, I've been having cramps that feel like menstral cramps, but no period. In the last two days, my low back has started hurting really bad as well. I don't know what's wrong. These cramps have been pretty painful, and advil doesn't do the trick. Now, this back pain is the really bad part, because it's even worse than the cramping. Any ideas?Pelvic cramping and lower back pain? Help!?
This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Try out some home remedies. You can also look for information in the web that give you home remedies. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
Even though your period is probably on its way I would recommend that you get in touch with your dr this week to have this evaluated.
Perhaps a miscarriage go to the dr asap.
sometimes when im getting ready for my period i start cramping two weeks ahead of time and getting lower back pains it could be just a sign warning you that its almost your time of month
Constipation is a term used to describe infrequent bowel movements and affects many people every year. While the most obvious symptom of constipation pain is difficulty in passing bowels, another very common symptom of constipation is back pain. Over time, as fecal matter builds up in the digestive tract and is not released, back pain or abdominal pain may result.
