Be honest, be supportive, be yourself. I'd just explain to her that we're still friends, but not that kind of friend. It might be awkward, but if you are indeed best friends things should get back to a new normal.

Well if you didn't like it, let her know you don't swing that way. If she keeps trying to hit on you, have a serious talk with her that you are not interested and if she continues this action you will not speak or see her anymore.
