i was 3 months late one time, but i wasn't pregnant. i'm very regular so that scared me. it hasn't happened since. i wouldn't worry.
Sometimes, we ladies miss a period all together. Usually because men stress us out. lol :-) Don't worry sweetie unless you miss two in a row, then go see a doctor.
It may depend on your age. If you have really bad cramps you may have endometriosis. That is scaring on your ovaries and is very serious. You need to see your Doctor because if the scar tissue gets too heavy there is a chance that you may not be able to have children. You may also want to go anyway to see what their pregnancy tests says. It may take a while for your test to be accurate.
It's probably stress deduced. I wouldn't worry about it too much. If the preg test says neg., I would take it as it says unless you've missed more than one. Your doc will take a blood test once you've missed 2. I hope your test is wrong and you really are but don't be too disappointed (hard, I know!) but soon enough you'll have a bouncing baby on your hands and wondering what you were worried about in the first place! :o) GOOD LUCK!!!!
