My perineal area, crotch, or inside of vagina hurts.?

what could be the cause of this i'm scared. Could it be fiberoids? or cancer?My perineal area, crotch, or inside of vagina hurts.?
Could be something as simple as an infection but I agree that you should see your gyn about this if you have one or your primary care physician if you don't have a gyn to go to so that this can be looked in to.
Why think cancer? It might be some minor irritation.
No one can give you here an assessment what it is as it has to be checked by a gynecologist. Just guessing won't cure the problem right? So go have a check up.
