My friend kimmie needs a lap band, a makeover and some penicillin, where can she get it all at the same place?

Kimmi is REALLY fat, she needs medical help for it. She's way beyond diet and exercise. She just sit at her computer all day. I don't know why she won't work. I think she's embarrassed because she is really ugly and hairy and she has this odor. That's what the penicillin is for. I think she's rotting down there. She can't wash properly b/c she's so huge. It's so hard to get her out of the trailer and into the car I was wonder where can she go to get all of this done. Sounds like Kimmi did something to piss you off. You've been doin' some serious dissin' on her. Callin' her fat and and ugly,callin' her a poop eater... Wow! Does she really eat her crap?
