My cousin got in trouble for rubbing lotion on strangers. I don't get it, why is that illegal?

I'd feel violated if some stranger did that to me. Tell your cousin not to do that anymore cause if she would've done it to the wrong person, she could be in the hospital b/c they probably would've hurt her.
Because it's an invasion of privacy. Would you like it if I just came over to you and rubbed some unknown substance on your face? For all you know it could be my Baby Batter.
If someone walked up to me and started rubbing something on me, not only would I knock the crap out of the person, I'd get a warrant for assault.
Same reason it's illegal for me to sexualy assault you. I'm 13 and hot l.o.l.

if she rubbed it on a hidden place it was wrong if she didn't do it till completion
it's sexual harrassment/ sexual assault...just because it's touching you. i don't think rubbing lotion on strangers should be illegal, but i do think the stranger should be allowed to beat the crap outta of you.
She could rub lotion on me anytime.
