My breasts have been tender and swollen for two months. i am not pregnent,what can it be plz?
You didn't state your age. Could be peri-menopausal. Could be Fibro-cystitis(I have that). Caffeine can aggravate FC. Might want to have a dr. check things out, just to make sure.
like the person above said u didnt mention your age. are you young? they could still be growing if you are within puberty.
